FAQs
Who can book an assessment?
We provide online autism and ADHD assessments for adults and children aged 8 years and over. Assessments are suitable for individuals seeking greater understanding, diagnosis, or support recommendations.
Will I receive a diagnostic report?
Yes. Following your assessment, you will receive a detailed report outlining the findings, diagnosis (where applicable), and personalised recommendations for support and next steps.
Is the diagnosis recognised by the NHS?
Yes. Our assessments are carried out by appropriately qualified clinicians using recognised diagnostic criteria. While NHS services and local authorities make their own decisions regarding ongoing support and treatment, our diagnostic reports are widely accepted and can be shared with your GP and other healthcare professionals.
How do online assessments work?
Our assessments are completed through secure video appointments with experienced clinicians. The process includes pre-assessment questionnaires, a developmental interview, an online observation to ensure a thorough evaluation.
How long does the assessment process take?
Timescales vary depending on the type of assessment and individual circumstances, but waiting times are minimal, with assessment sessions usually booked within two weeks of enquiry.
